Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 17 September 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination.

Content you may not broadcast or host

• Material you do not hold the necessary rights or licences to transmit.
• Content that is unlawful in South Africa, including hate speech, incitement to violence, and child sexual abuse material.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or targeted abuse of a person or group.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or malware-distributing content.
• Sexual content presented as, or accessible to, minors.

Things you may not do with the service

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or the streaming servers.
• Run denial-of-service attacks, port scans, spam relays, or proxy/VPN exit services.
• Exceed your plan's listener, bitrate or storage limits by technical workarounds, or resell your station's capacity without our agreement.
• Create multiple accounts to obtain extra free stations.
• Use automated means to overload the dashboard or the stream status API.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, throttle or suspend a station, remove specific content, or terminate the account. Serious or repeated breaches, and anything unlawful, may be reported to the relevant authorities. We will give notice and a chance to fix the issue where it is safe and practical to do so.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to abuse@khwaza.co.za with the station's listen link or name and a description of the problem.
